SIAM 2017 is a platform to find all showrooms, events and services during SIAM 2017. It provides a way to exchange and monitoring tailored to the accompaniment of the kingdom of partners in joint development projects related to agribusiness, in a sustainable and respectful approach for men, soils and biodiversity.

Key Challenges

• The biggest priority was encouraging social interaction through the app. For the app to be successful, it had to build sustained interest and drive the event’s key messages both prior to and during the event.
• The other challenge was to create a handy app for event organizers and attendees.
• The client also wanted that the users must get updated with each and every happenings of the Event & reduce the communication gap between the two parties (Attendees, Exhibitors).

Proposition & Solution

• We developed an event management application using Content Management System that proved to be handy and beneficial for Event Organizers.
• The Application not only reduced Communication gap between the participating parties of the Event but also helped Event Organizers in systematically managing Event happenings.
• Event Organizers & visitors used Map functionality of this Application to know the exact location of Events, Sessions and Exhibitors.

Our Development Process

• The Discovery Phase- Our business analysts performed a lot of research and brainstorming before the app development process. At the end of the discovery phase the “Who, Why, What, When and Where” of the project were thoroughly scrutinized.
• The Execution Phase- After gathering all the nuts and bolts to proceed, it was time for project execution. Our designers, developers and quality analysts followed agile development process for execution and worked side-by-side to achieve the project aims. Our project managers also did regular reviews to check the progress of the project went smoothly and according to the time.
• Sprint Base Project Delivery-We took client’s feedback on each stage of development and applied the feedback in the project. It helped us to meet the client’s expectations in the best possible manner.
• The Deployment Phase- Now, app was ready to be unleashed to the world after rigorous development & testing period. We deployed the app in the appstore.
