It is designed for the Milanese and to allow them to make the perfect guides with those who are in town recently or stop short and do not want to miss a single minute but want to live the most dynamic city of Italy at the top! Each place has been carefully selected after careful evaluation by our staff of experts and the guide is constantly updated based on the suggestions and you judge who uses it. It's the first guide to Milan about this kind of geolocated, tells you what's great to do or visit around you wherever you are.

Key Challenges

• The Client was Italian so, communication problem was there. But we handled him in a really good way.
• The most complex issue is to synchronize the geolocation functionality of the application.
• The public bus timetable and itinerary data is stored at the customer’s server. When this data loads to the user’s mobile device, it must give a clear impression about the bus traffic about the city with the location list of all stops.

Proposition & Solution

• We developed an application which describes a particular place. It’s got different photos of the place switching periodically. The key element is the list of check-ins where you can see a list of contacts: names and ages of those checked-in users.
• The map displays places around you taking this information from Google Places API. The map is interactive, it automatically updates places around the user. There’s a few different modes, smooth animations, functional search (reverse geocoding and Google Places Search).
• Full screen mode includes a preview of the closest place. If you swipe you’ll get redirected to that closest place on the map, where a pulsating point is gonna appear.

Our Development Process

• The Discovery Phase- Our business analysts performed a lot of research and brainstorming before the app development process. At the end of the discovery phase the “Who, Why, What, When and Where” of the project were thoroughly scrutinized.
• The Execution Phase- After gathering all the nuts and bolts to proceed, it was time for project execution. Our designers, developers and quality analysts followed agile development process for execution and worked side-by-side to achieve the project aims. Our project managers also did regular reviews to check the progress of the project went smoothly and according to the time.
• Sprint Base Project Delivery-We took client’s feedback on each stage of development and applied the feedback in the project. It helped us to meet the client’s expectations in the best possible manner.
• The Deployment Phase- Now, app was ready to be unleashed to the world after rigorous development & testing period. We deployed the app in the appstore.
