Social media that earns the scroll, not just fills it.
Social media marketing and management services, reported against pipeline and retention, not likes. Organic strategy and platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube, run by people who manage the community as carefully as they plan the calendar.
PixelCrayons' social media marketing service runs organic strategy, platform-native content and community management across the channels your buyers actually use, reported against business outcomes. A content calendar built from a written strategy, not a posting habit; platform-native production for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube; community management held to a brand-safety review and a stated response standard; and social listening tied to pipeline and retention rather than likes or reach. Paid social budget work sits with our PPC team and hands off cleanly, rather than being duplicated here. Direct for brands; white-label for agencies.

Organic social starts with a written strategy, not an empty content calendar. A calendar with no strategy behind it buys posts, not pipeline. The strategy names who each channel reaches, which formats that audience responds to, and which business goal the channel is meant to move. The calendar is built from that strategy and revisited monthly against what worked, not filled in on autopilot the week before it publishes.

02
Platform-native management
Each platform rewards a different post, and one asset cropped five ways reads as exactly that on all five. We produce natively: short-form video cut to TikTok's pacing, long-form written for LinkedIn's feed, replies tuned to X. YouTube's comments, community posts and channel upkeep sit inside the same retainer, not with a separate vendor.
Per platform
03
Community management, on a standard
Comments and DMs answered against a stated response-time standard, not whenever someone gets to them. Anything only you can decide is escalated to your team. Every reply passes a brand-safety review before it goes out. The backlog is visible to you directly, not buried in an inbox you never see.

04
Listening and reporting, tied to outcomes
Social listening tracks what's said about the brand and the category across channels. Reporting ties the account to pipeline, retention or whichever goal the strategy set, not to likes, follows or reach counted alone. A post with no comments that sent qualified traffic to a landing page is reported as a win. A widely shared post that sent nobody anywhere is reported as the opposite. The report is weekly; a monthly review call reads the month as a whole.
Weekly
05
Paid social, handed off cleanly
Where paid social budget makes sense, our PPC team scopes and runs it on Meta Ads and the wider paid-media roadmap. They are briefed on what the organic side has learned about audience and creative. The two never duplicate spend or contradict each other's message.
Coordinated
06
Video and product content, creators included when you need them
Short-form video runs on your footage with our script, remote direction and edit. When you have no one to put on camera, we brief and book a creator through our partner creator panels. When a launch needs a product shoot, we book a partner studio and art-direct the day. Both are priced per piece on the pricing page. The creator-sourced video price includes the creator's fee; on a retainer, creator fees are quoted separately.

01
Days 1 to 2
Channel & content audit
Every active channel reviewed against what actually posts, what gets a reply, and what the account has been reporting so far. Usually that is reach and likes with no line back to the business.
02
Week 1
Strategy & calendar, priced
A written strategy naming the goal per platform and the formats that earn it, plus a first month's calendar, itemised and priced. You approve the plan before a single post goes out under your name.
03
Weeks 2 to 4
Publish & respond
Platform-native content live, and comment and DM response running against the stated standard. The first listening report shows what the channel is actually doing for the business.
04
Month 2+
The reporting cadence
Weekly reporting against the goal the strategy set, and a monthly review call where the calendar is rebuilt around what performed. The account is never left on autopilot between check-ins.
Inside Prism
Your engagement, week to week, in one workspace.
Where the engagement includes it, marketing runs in a Prism workspace you log into: requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with the cost of each channel beside the leads it produced.
Each decision recorded, with the expectation attached.
03
Cost per qualified lead
Fully loaded. Unmeasured spend shows as unknown, never zero.
How we report it, in Prism
The content record, you can check against the feed.
What you receive in month one
Social is reported as a calendar and a log, both of which you can verify against the live accounts. In the first month you receive the channel plan naming what each platform is for, the content calendar with formats and owners, and the production log listing every piece, its status and its usage rights. The weekly review in Prism keeps reach, engagement and enquiries in separate columns.
01Channel plan: the job each platform has, and the ones we advise leaving alone
Social feeds the rest of the system. Content marketing writes the articles a calendar needs; paid budget runs through our Meta Ads team, briefed on what organic learned. YouTube gets its own page: YouTube marketing covers full channel strategy, growth and YouTube Ads. Agencies: start at the white-label social media page.

Our commitments
Each one says where it applies and links to its full terms.
Response and start times
We typically respond within four business hours. Eligible engagements can typically start within two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST, excluding published company holidays. Typical expectations, not guaranteed service levels.
Before work starts we agree how often you get updates, what the reports cover and who sends them. You know who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue. For hourly and retainer work, time is recorded in Workstatus, so you can see the time records behind your invoice.
Who owns the ad accounts, the data and the work?
Your materials, data and accounts remain yours, and we prefer to work in advertising and analytics accounts you own, with access delegated to our team. Agreed ownership rights in bespoke deliverables transfer under the engagement terms and applicable payment; third-party software and assets keep their licences. We do not withhold customer-owned data or accounts over a payment dispute.
What if we want to stop?
Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No. Search engines decide rankings, and we do not guarantee rankings, AI-search citations, leads or revenue. We agree the work, how progress will be measured and how often we report it, and we explain what the measures show and what we will change next.
Paid social budget work sits with our PPC team, not this practice. That split is deliberate rather than a gap: organic and paid social ask for different instincts, and blurring them is how accounts end up with a creative team that never talks to the media buyer. Our organic and paid specialists work from the same brief, and organic hands paid whatever it learns about which audiences and creative earn attention before a dollar of ad spend follows. If Meta Ads or the wider PPC roadmap is what you need, that lives on our PPC & paid media practice. This page is the organic, always-on side of the channel.
We manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X natively rather than as one asset reformatted five times, plus YouTube's content and community side (comments, community posts and channel upkeep) inside the same retainer. We don't force every brand onto every platform. The strategy phase decides which channels your actual audience is on and worth the calendar space, and a platform without a real audience for you gets dropped rather than kept for appearances.
Against whatever business goal the channel exists to move, agreed before the first post ships: pipeline for a B2B account, revenue-driving traffic for commerce, retention or support deflection for an established community. Likes, follows and reach still get reported, because they're part of the picture, but never as the headline. A quiet post that sent five qualified people to a demo page did more for the business than a widely shared one that sent nobody anywhere, and our reporting says so rather than hiding behind reach.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What earns attention on a given day depends on platform algorithms, competitors, current events and audience mood, none of which any agency controls. What we commit to contractually is the work: a strategy delivered, a calendar shipped, community managed to a stated standard, and reporting tied honestly to the goal agreed at the start, win or lose.
Retainers are scoped to the number of platforms, posting cadence and how much of the community workload is yours versus ours, so a single-channel B2B account and a five-platform commerce brand are priced very differently. Every proposal itemises exactly what ships each month: strategy, content pieces by platform, community coverage hours, listening and reporting, so you're comparing deliverables, not a vague monthly fee. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm the date you will receive your written, priced proposal, and the initial channel audit is free.
Both, and you can buy the content on its own. UGC-style video (user-generated content: the phone-shot, creator-led format) is scripted and directed by us on footage you capture. If you have no one to put on camera, we book a creator through partner creator panels; that unit is priced per video with the creator's fee inside it. On a monthly retainer, creator fees, photography and stock licences are quoted separately, so the retainer price is the management price and nothing hides in it. Product shoots run through partner studios that we brief and art-direct, delivering edited stills and short clips ready for listings and social. We don't own a studio or a crew and say so; the brief, the direction and the quality bar are ours.
Yes. Social media ships under partner agencies' brands like every service here: your reporting templates, your client calls, our specialists running the calendar and the community. Client channels and their data stay in the client's name throughout. The arrangement is NDA-backed. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it is written into the agreement. A dedicated named specialist is also available if a full-service retainer isn't the shape you need. We have served 500+ agencies since 2004.
In our case, three things. Which platforms you keep, based on where your audience actually is. What you post, produced natively for each platform rather than cropped five ways. And how the channel is judged: against pipeline or retention, not reach. Community replies also move onto a stated response standard with a brand-safety review.
A free social media review: what's on the calendar, what the community backlog looks like, and whether the reporting ties to anything the business cares about. Keep it whether or not we ever work together.
